Overview

ACC has opened the Psychiatric Services contract to New Suppliers.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE:
The purpose of the Psychiatric Services (CPSA) contract is to provide ACC with a psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and formulation of a Client’s mental injury (as defined in Section 27 of the Accident Compensation Act 2001) which is being investigated for cover or has been accepted as having cover by ACC; and/or to provide Treatment to a Client following receipt of an approved treatment plan.

WHAT’S IMPORTANT TO US?
Under the contract, Suppliers are accountable for the delivery of all services and for the performance of their Named Providers.
Suppliers will need to clearly demonstrate that they understand and can meet the requirements of the CPSA service schedule and have immediate capacity to accept referrals from date of contract signing.

INDICATIVE TIMINGS FOR APPLICATIONS:

Psychiatric Service Supplier Applications will be evaluated as responses are received.

Suppliers will be notified of the outcome of their application 4-6 weeks after receipt.
