Stage 1:
Demolition of Existing Tuck Shop and adjacent store room (including asbestos removal by certified asbestos removalist), construction of new H3 Healthy Lunches Kitchen and store rooms in space of existing Tuck Shop, Removal of existing temporary partition walls forming existing H2 and H3, modifications for new Food Technology Classroom H2 including specialist stainless steel fitout, new aluminium door and window joinery, new flooring, new suspended ceiling, new electrical fitout including new switchboard, new mechanical services and Fire Upgrade to Type 3 alarm system.

Access Upgrade (Separable Portion):
Removal of existing decking and deck joists, provision of new composite decking, new deck joists and new continuous packing over existing bearers to bring new decking level to within 15-20mm of existing Floor Level.
Removal of existing pavers adjacent to deck, and replacement with new concrete paving, ramped at 1:20 slope to meet new deck level.
Reposition stormwater catchpit and relay section of pavers to extent required to suit new catchpit location.
Replacement of existing Lobby doors with new asymmetrical doors and associated hardware for compliant accessible entry.

Stage 2 (Separable Portion):
Demolition of internal partitioning to existing staff workroom, Removal of existing Food Technology cabinetry/ existing fitout.
Provision of new toilets, new shared pantry between H1 and new H2.
New fitout to Food Technology Classroom H1 to match Stage 1 fitout of H2 Food Technology Classroom.
