This Request for Proposals is an invitation to submit a Proposal in response to the Lakes District Hospital Heat Pump 2 Replacement contract opportunity.

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora – Southern is looking to replace one of three heat pump/chiller units at Lakes District Hospital.

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to purchase the replacement heat pump/chiller and associated componentry, install, commission and complete handover tasks.

Contractors will be working within a live hospital environment and will need robust methodologies and programmes to effectively manage the requirements and constraints that this creates.

The anticipated dates are:

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
It is a pre-condition of this RFP that suppliers must register for and attend a site visit. The site visit will take place on Tuesday, 14 May 2024.
