The background to this procurement is Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities (Kāinga Ora) are undertaking Portfolio Review of the current public housing in Te Puku Ikaroa – Central. The recent assessment of public housing suitable for retrofit and redevelopment has identified limited information on the complete portfolio.
