Toitū Te Whenua LINZ would like to extend an invitation to our Panel Consultants and Contractors to review the Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Surveys for the structures at the Tokanui Psychiatric Hospital site at 149 Te Mawhai Road, Tokanui.
We are in the process of completing the investigation phase for the project and would like to offer you the opportunity to view the Survey Reports in this Pre-Tender Information package in advance of the Notice of Tender being issued for the demolition and remediation of the site.
Toitū Te Whenua LINZ consider that the Pre-Tender Information would be helpful in the development of your Project Strategy due to the size of the site.
